On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to invite and welcome all of you to attend the 34th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery (ISPN), which will be held in Taipei, Taiwan at the Grand Hotel from Sept.11 to 15, 2006.
In this meeting, renowned experts dealing with children who have neurosurgical diseases, such as neurosurgeons, neurologists, oncologists, radiologists, as well as nurses, psychologists and scientists form all over the world will attend and share their knowledge and expertise. We appreciate and call on all colleagues to submit scientific papers and/or posters for this meeting. It will be an excellent opportunity to harvest fruits of recent research and to discuss new vista ahead in the treatment and wellness of children.
The Grand Hotel Taipei, the venue of 34th Meeting of ISPN, resides in the northern district of Taipei city. Built in 1952, it was once considered one of the top four hotels in Asia. With its traditional palace style architecture, vermillion pillars, stately archways and brilliantly tile roof, the grand hotel has played host to more than 50 heads of state, it is not only a magnificent landmark of Taiwan, but also a perfect venue for world-class events and grand social galas. It is our sincere choice for the decent 34th Meeting of ISPN in Taipei.
